Our annual “Bowling for Vets” fundraiser is set for Sunday, March 4, at the East Greenbush Bowling Center (formerly Spare Time) on Columbia Turnpike.

Part of making it a successful event to underwrite military personnel and families — and this year to help support Bell Top School’s effort to purchase a support dog for training — is to keep an accurate headcount of bowlers and lane sponsors in advance.

To that end, we’ve created a form for everyone to use for such purposes. You can see an image of it below, and you can click here to download a copy if you’re planning to be a sponsor or to line up one, and/or planning to bowl.
